The Road to Warrior Dash: Days Thirteen through Sixteen

I’ve been a bad blog boy lately. Sorry friends. Here’s a recap of the last several days.

Friday: I walked all over Animal Kingdom.
Saturday: I walked around the Central Florida Highland Games.
Sunday: I biked fifteen miles.

Today’s Workout

I did my fitness evaluation with My Fitness Coach on the Wii. It consisted of 40 squats, 7 pushups, 40 crunches, 12 jumping jacks and taking my resting and active heart rate to determine my fitness level for future workouts. I can’t wait to start using this program again. I may be looking for another copy because I really want my mother to start exercising so I’m leaving it with her since she has a Wii now.

Tomorrow

I’m walking. I have two weeks left to train so I need to increase my distance and try to shorten my time. I’d really like to jog SOME of the Warrior Dash. Let’s see what happens.
