A Smooth Lunch with Dad

I’ve been staying with my father for a few days. He’s been staying primal with me for all meals.

I made primal smoothies for lunch today. Each blender cup has:

1/2 cup Frozen berries
1/2 cup refrigerated coconut milk
1 refrigerated banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey
1 oz cold water

It starts out like this

It ends up like this

It’s primal and the calorie count is around 445 calories. It’s a quick and easy meal when you’re rushing out the door to drive from Cocoa Beach to Maitland for a 5k.

I love that Hamilton Beach personal blender with 2 cups and lids.
