Thanks Pasquale. You are more then worthy of any encouragement and you should be proud of yourself.

I’m having some challenges in my new Primal lifestyle. I would love to cook this way especially since it would be so much better for me with Celiac Disease to make my own foods. I wonder what kind of stuff I can find at Sprouts that would be Primal friendly. Each day I am finding out more about myself corn and rice don’t work for me anymore especially since reading Robb Wolfs book it was such a wake up to me and I am now part of the Gluten Free Society which encourages no grains and grass fed meat. 🙂 So two sources that have woken me up. I will just take it one day at a time but if you have any advice please email me because I could use the help I’m ready and I need a little encouragement.

What is Sprouts? I found a Sprouts Restaurant in Ontario, CA and a Sprouts Farmer’s Market in San Diego, CA.

Which is the one you’re referring to?

  6. Hannah says:

The farmers market. I’m in Southern California.

    • Pasquale says:

I suppose it depends on how purely primal you’re going. I’d use their contact link and email them directly. Find out what kind of grass-fed options they have. Find out if they’re providing certified organic produce. There should be a ton of stuff there, Hannah! It’s a farmer’s market so protein, veggies, fruits, nuts and honey should be readily available.

Thank you so much that helps a lot. 🙂
