I just had a great primal smoothie for lunch using coconut milk, dark cocoa powder, water, raw wildflower honey, almond butter, ice and cacao nibs. I got the cacao nibs at The Winter Park Spice & Tea Exchange! Very tasty!

    I am kind of down because work has consumed me and I let myself go…again…there’s just no time in the day to dedicate my ME/EXERCISE time anymore. So until I can afford to take care of the family AND have some more time in a day again, I’ll live vicariously through you.

      The calorie logging app is called MyFitnessPal. You can also start an account by going to on your computer. It’s all free. Friend me when you’re set up. Add “theroad2wd”
