My trusty Eat Smart Scale says…

There we go! Almost back under 280! I’ve been walking and jogging almost every day so I know the fat to muscle conversion in my legs was throwing the numbers off for the last two weeks. I hope to see myself in the 270s next week but what’s most important is increasing strength and distance with my jogging.
