What’s For Breakfast This Week?

This week, my breakfast each day consists of:

2 hard boiled eggs
2.5 ounces of Maverick Ranch Ham
15 blueberries
3 strawberries
8 ounces of green tea

It looks like this:

It tastes awesome and with 16 ounces of water added in, I’m stuffed! It’s simple, filling and tasty. That’s pretty much all I ask for in a meal.

    Have you ever been a coffee drinker? Is that green tea decaf or does it provide enough caffeine to replace coffee?

      The green tea I drink is not caffeine free. Mark Sisson says the occasional homemade coffee is not bad under Primal Blueprint.

      The benefit of green tea that makes me choose it over coffee is the antioxidant level. I brew three bags plus one flavored green(orange or mint) per pitcher and the pitcher gives me one 8oz glass each morning for six days.
