Fitness Update


My muscles feel good today but, man, those level 3 planks are tough. I can’t even hold them for half the time I’m supposed to. So many more muscles are engaging in my core with this version of the plank. Mark Sisson makes it look so easy here but I assure you it is not that easy when you weigh as much as I do.

Fitness Update

Moved a few things up to level 3 today. So far, so good on the 30-day challenge. I have some announcements to make tomorrow. Talk to you soon.

Fitness Update

I didn’t have a chance to post this until tonight but I had another good morning pushing my body weight around to strengthen my muscles. Pushups, Squats, Planks, Crunches and Overhead press. I’m feeling pretty good about it!

Fitness Update

I’m definitely feeling stronger today. This is my second week of body weight lifting. Technically my third day but 36 pushups at 287 pounds?! I’m even starting to impress myself. My daughter even got down on the kitchen floor to give me ten!
